Our last day of operation will be Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Our online booking system and all our counsellors will be available to work with existing clients until March 31.

If you are an existing client and wish to have your therapy notes transferred with your counsellor or to another practice, please call us at 604-484-2737 to request an authorization for transfer form.

The people who see me in therapy tend to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their situation, their connection to people around them, and how they can move forward to create new meanings.
My practice is informed by experience over ten years of supportive work through addictions centers, verbal and non-verbal care work, and international family support (expat and immigration). Additionally, I have also worked with marginalized individuals, and elementary school-aged children and their families dealing with intergenerational trauma.
I work with adults, couples, young adults and teens. I help my clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, trauma, substance use, men’s issues, and life transitions, to name a few.
